Couples or Family Sessions 

Our relationships with one another hold endless possibilities for breakthrough, growth, and the experience of joy and fulfillment. However, many times our limiting patterns and beliefs prevent us from giving our greatest gifts and communicating our desires and feelings effectively. These sessions are powerful in their ability to illuminate inhibiting or destructive core patterns that are usually shared. This discovery allows each individual to see clearly the part they are playing in the dysfunction they are experiencing within the relationship, and often results in increased understanding and compassion between those involved. The “aha’s” abound in this process.
